And we'll have fun, fun fun....

It may not be official, but the summer weather is here and lots of events are heating up for fun days ahead! We all loved the AMGEN Tour but now we're just looking forward to more good music, food, fun and art!  More major events are taking place than ever in June, we 'll try to cover a few! Check SonoraNightOut.com for more events and specials...

- Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 6:00pm - Railtown 1897 is setting the stage for their big night in lights. Spotlight on Railtown is presented by five local area Rotary Clubs; tickets are $50 per person. All proceeds from this special fundraising event will directly benefit the Park and its continued operation. The festivities will begin at 6 p.m., with local wines and delicious appetizers served in and around the Park’s signature facility, the Historic Jamestown Roundhouse and Shops. As guests tour the facility, they will enjoy live music; turntable demonstrations; historic railcar rides; and “Movie Star” locomotive Sierra No. 3 in operation. Next will be a silent auction, followed by dramatizations and short speeches in the historic Depot. Then, for a relaxing grand finale to the evening, guests will enjoy a ride aboard Railtown 1897’s excursion train, with silent auction results announced as the train arrives back at the Depot.

- Angels Camp Certified Farmers Market, "Friday Nights"
Description: Farm fresh local produce, artisan foods, baked goods, arts and crafts, freshly prepared foods and much more! Hovey Winery is the guest winery. Beer, wine and refreshments will be for sale. Entertainment by Fusion Jazz Trio, Williams, Lefler and Moore. 5pm - dusk at Utica Park, for info 209-303-7637.

- Concert in the Pines, Twain Harte, kicks off this Saturday with Nigel & Clive Sat June 16th, grab your blankets and lawn chairs these are the most enjoyable and well attended outdoor community concerts around. Check their summer schedule on our site.

- First Fridays Live Music in the Park, Murphys, begins this month!
Live music in the gazebo at 5:30 p.m. From 5 p.m., dinner will be available for purchase at $8 per person. Local wine and beverages for sale. Free admission.

- Free Music in the Parks, Mountain Ranch June 27, 2012
The Parks, Mountain Ranch - 209-754-1774 Performing: BLAME SALLY - Female Folk Rock Quartet at the Mountain Ranch Community Park. 6:30pm - Pack a picnic, bring your lawn chairs and/or blanket, and enjoy the free Music in the Parks series

- June 15th, the Delgado Brothers Concert, Twisted Oak Winery 
Delgado Brothers Concert, Twisted Oak Winery. 7pm. Under the stars at Twisted Oak Winery in Vallecito. Special Guests: local favorite Descendants of Prospectors. - Columbia will jump into Car Show mania with a new event planned for Sunday, June 17th. Custom, Classic and Antique! Columbia Cruise CAR SHOW! 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. on Father's Day. Limited to 100 cars. Prizes for Best Truck, Car and People's Choice. ADMISSION IS FREE, car entries are $20, includes a T-shirt. For information call 209-768-1786 or 209-352-7610.
