Denver has a bunch of options for a luxury living; they are known for it. Denver with its huge opportunity and city life is the go to the community at this point. The luxury living is a huge status there; luxury living is a mixture between city living, upscale living and country living all in one. This is the place to be and all of their apartments are trendy and up to date with technology and the new style of living. Some even have concierge services for those hard working business men and women. With life getting busier and busier in last ten years. Denver is certainly up to date on making things easier for people now. Since bosses demand so much out of employees these days.
One of the options is the Element 47 by Windsor; this apartments complex is known for its first class living. Element 47 is close to the mile-high stadium and the Pepsi Center and the Coors Field, also close to Jefferson Park. It also has quick access to interstate twenty-five. You also have access to an underground parking garage if needed.
This complex has a rooftop deck with a patio and a bar; it has some of the most beautiful city views from the rooftop as well. They have a resort style pool and hot tub and a clubhouse for entertainment. The Clubhouse includes pool tables, ping pong tables, and shuffleboard. Element 47 has a twenty-four-hour fitness center with a pet wash and spa for your four-legged friends in the same area. Also inside this luxurious apartment complex is a business center to use for conferences or work. There is a bike shop also provided for those residents with no vehicle. Nearby there are trails you can walk to get exercise and take your pets for a walk. The majestic view of Denver is more than worth it for that walk.
Inside the Denver luxury apartments, there are plenty of appliances of your kitchen and all stainless steel. The kitchen has an island, and room for a dining room table and microwaves are provided. The kitchen has a side by side fridge with an ice and water maker. These kitchens are considered gourmet kitchens. You will love the granite countertops on your counters and the beautifully crafted kitchen cabinets. The bathroom consists of walk in showers and a beautiful garden tub.
There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, and the ceilings are nine to ten feet tall. You can enjoy central air and heat and last but not least a built in desk for those ambitious folks. Also a full-size washer and dryer in each apartment and a built-in the security system for all Denver luxury apartments.
In conclusion, the Element 47 certainly carries the Windsor name very well and has a great reputation. Upscale living with peaceful neighborhoods and awesome amenities. The price range was unknown but my guess it would be between $1400-$2500 for one or two bedrooms and even a studio for our single people.
